Educators!

Jessica Abel's WHAT IS A GRAPHIC NOVEL comic strip is now available for distribution for educational purposes! Here are the guidelines for its use:

  1. The strip may be printed for educational uses in one of two formats: (a.) as a one-page color poster (on 11 x 17 paper on a color computer printer) for posting in a library or classroom; or (b.) as a two-page black and white handout. Note: The color poster cannot be used as a handout; and, likewise, the b&w handout cannot be used as a poster. Only the versions that we've made available via the links below can be used for these purposes.

  2. There is a limit of 50 copies per year per educator of the handout, and 5 copies of the poster. If more copies are required, please send an inquiry to us at artbomb@artbomb.net to discuss possible options.

  3. While permission is granted to educators under the above guidelines, we do ask that you send a request to us in email at artbomb@artbomb.net prior to distribution.

  4. Any other use for this comic strip is prohibited. If you wish to use it for any other purpose, please send inquiries to us at at artbomb@artbomb.net and we'll consider them on a case-by-case basis.

  5. By clicking on any of the links below, you agree to all of the guidelines on this page.

Thank you for your understanding and good luck with your education efforts!
