Warren Ellis is a writer of comics and graphic novels,
probably best known for the TRANSMETROPOLITAN
and PLANETARY graphic novel series (whose
readerships include Joss Whedon, Patrick Stewart and
Bruce Sterling), and as the creator of the influential action series THE AUTHORITY.
He has also written: a PC game, HOSTILE WATERS; a
screenplay, MINDBRIDGE, for animators Blur Studio;
books of journalism on the comics industry, FROM THE
DESK OF and COME IN ALONE; and a book of short stories and digital photography, AVAILABLE LIGHT. His prose fiction has been published in the scientific journal NATURE, and by publishers White Wolf.
Warren Ellis is 33 years old, and lives with his girlfriend and
daughter in South East England. And if you try to take his
